This week’s Birdweekly Challenge is to use selective color — pick one color of the bird and make the rest of the image black-and-white.
I simply cannot ignore the characteristic blue of the white-collared kingfisher.
This “one-color bird” doesn’t seem to need any other color to stand out.
well done

Wonderful selective color! That is a beautiful bird! I will add it to the roundup. This was last week’s challenge but I’m glad you shared it with us. This week is more than one species of bird in a photo. Hope you can join us for that. https://oureyesopen.blog/2021/06/04/bird-weekly-photo-challenge-more-than-one-bird-species-in-a-photo/

I hope you catch up too. You weren’t the only one and that’s okay. Time change and all. LOL! 🙂
