A time for flowers to bloom.
A time to form seeds and shed leaves for the coming rainy months.
And a time to enjoy tropical fruits.
I love the colors this season brings.
(April is the peak of the hot and dry season in Southeast Asia.)

Wonderful. Do you start getting rain in May already? We have to wait till June, and nowadays, with the warming of the oceans, quite often the major rains are in July

Thanks!
We start getting rain in May, mostly showers. As kids we were told that the first rain of May was lucky.
The heavy downpours really come in June, though last year it wasn’t until the first week of July. So maybe we are feeling the effects of warming too.
Thanks for dropping by!

Lovely series of photos! I particularly like your thoughts about seeds and preparing for the coming season.
It’s interesting that you mention that April is hot & dry in SEAsia because we’ve had a peculiar amount of thunderstorms this past week in Singapore!
