Acceptance and Happiness

Acceptance.
Of things as they are.
Of how we feel.
Without judging ourselves.
Allowing things to be.
Allowing ourselves to be.

When we let go
of resisting,
it frees us.
We go with the flow of the universe
instead of fighting it.
And the possibilities open,
as wide as the sky,
without expectations.

If we pursue happiness
it evades us,
because we attach ourselves to it.
It is more difficult
than temporary pleasure
to accept.
Act.
Do what is good. 
Without attaching it
to who we think we are.

To be ready to accept anything.
Including bliss.
