To Be Present in the Moment

AGE_052824c Why does the mind want to wander?

Must it invent its own world when there is so much to see, hear, feel, appreciate?

The earth breathes, the land lives, plants reach for the sky, the sky is ever changing.

To breathe with the earth, the senses following the ebb and flow of the world around it, to find peace, the mind only needs to be present in the moment.

Like the grass bending with the wind, soaking in the sun, living in the moment.

The mind doesn’t need some grass. It just needs to be more like grass.
