Caesalpinia pulcherrima comes in many colors including pink and yellow, and the more common combination of orange and red.
Of its many names, I like “Peacock Flower” because it perfectly captures its striking yet delicate nature.
“Caesalpinia pulcherrima is the national flower of the Caribbean island of Barbados, and is depicted on the upper left and right corners of the Queen Elizabeth II’s personal Barbadian flag. [It was] included in Meghan Markle’s wedding veil, which included the distinctive flora of each Commonwealth country.”
